What are Growth Groups? Growth Groups meet (usually in homes) for the purpose of providing small group fellowship that cultivates community and deepens discipleship. Growth Groups allow us to grow in our faith through Bible study and ministry. Click here for a listing of current Growth Groups. Which Growth Group should you attend? The best thing to do is to call the church office (386-238-1956) and talk to Pastor Dennis. We encourage you to join a group close to your home so that you can more easily build a sense of community with your group. The major high schools in Volusia County serve as helpful geographic “zones” for our Growth Groups - hence the names for each group. If you can’t find a group that fits your needs, call us. We’ll help you. A Few Easy Steps to Getting Connected at CCC STEP 1:  Let Us Know You Want to Get Connected! Call us (386-238-1956), or mark your response card at the next church service. If you would like, feel free to identify the high school closest to your home and visit the Growth Group listed there. STEP 2:  Discovery Class 101 Our Discovery Class 101 offers an opportunity to “discover” more about who we are as a church.  You’ll gain a helpful understanding of our history, beliefs, and values in an open, non-threatening environment. STEP 3:  Come to a Sunday Fellowship Bible Study Each worship hour has a corresponding Fellowship Bible Study (FBS). The purpose of the FBS is to provide practical, biblical teaching in a welcoming atmosphere of friendship and fellowship. STEP 4:  Still have questions? If you have questions about Christianity itself, consider our ALPHA Course.  It explores common questions about Christian faith.  If details are not currently in the bulletin, make a note about it on your response card and we will send some information to you about the next ALPHA Course being offered. Also, we have a prayer team available after our worship services that would be happy to help you and, of course, you can speak to any of our pastors at any time.
